How India has changed....
Business is a value based system where moral values give its brand and equity is given as the support by thepeople towards the company. It is not an illegal system of money in black or making huge profits on backbiting its employers. It is a healthy way and socialised balanced environment which needs to be created in which your customers and employees are equally satisfied and happy allowing profit to sustain and grow. Gradual growth in profit shows a rising company where the employees confidence grows in the company.Retention,Training and open discussions are a part of such company. This is not an ethopian concept but was practically used in India long time back.
It looks like an ethopian ideology in the present scenario because of the way corruption plays a part in all strata of out life. Whether its a political influence or religious alone ,we dont know.but indians have become corrupt. The old government system and its policies have not changed since independence except taxation. The damp slowness of government response and from the judiciary is responsible for the unhygenic state of affairs. Still India needs a good ruler, good rules, better education, homes, roads, rails, environment, hospitals and guidance to better living. It is not comfort that matters,it is the balance that matters.
